UPI reports that the International Olympic Committee (IOC) started the bidding process for the 2020 Olympics. Cities are nominated by their home country's Olympic governing body. They have to get their nominations in by September 1st. The long process will end September 7th, 2013 while the IOC is meeting in Argentina.
