    Wonderful post regarding competition and achieve gold medal. To achieve gold medal, it's pretty tough work but you can do this.

    It was such a big let down when it was spas. That just seems gimmicky and they probably aren't cheap. I don't think they will "increase the popularity of swimming", Michael! But I think I understand - money is hard to turn down.
